In response to the high-frequency transportation needs of container transfer and short distance mainline logistics in overseas ports, our factory has completed a comprehensive optimization and upgrade of container skeleton trailers. While streamlining the weight of the vehicle, we have strengthened the load-bearing structure of the entire vehicle, truly achieving a balance between lightweight and high load capacity, and better adapting to the high-frequency and efficient transportation operation scenarios in overseas port areas.
Traditional skeleton trailers generally suffer from problems such as excessive body weight, high fuel consumption, and insufficient effective cargo capacity, which greatly affect the transportation efficiency in port areas. This factory upgrade abandons the traditional heavy plate design and adopts high-strength manganese steel material. The frame layout is optimized through structural mechanics, eliminating redundant structures. Without reducing the body strength, the vehicle weight is effectively reduced by 15% -20%, and the single load capacity is increased in compliance, helping overseas fleets reduce transportation fuel consumption and operating costs.
At the same time as the lightweight upgrade, the core load-bearing capacity of the trailer has been comprehensively improved. The main beam of the entire vehicle is integrally formed, with key load-bearing areas reinforced and thickened, coupled with precise welding technology. The toughness and anti torsion performance of the frame are greatly improved, and it can stably carry standard containers, cold chain containers, and various standard containers, without fear of frequent start stop and short distance heavy load bumps in the port area. At the same time, optimize the lock layout to adapt to 20ft/40ft standard containers, with precise positioning and firm locking, to prevent the box from shaking or shifting during transportation.
In addition, the upgraded skeleton trailer continues our factory's export anti-corrosion standards. Through shot blasting and three-layer anti-corrosion spraying processes, the frame welds and chassis dead corners are fully protected, resistant to salt spray and wear, suitable for humid and high salt spray environments in overseas ports, effectively extending the service life of the entire vehicle and reducing maintenance costs in the later stage.
The optimized and upgraded lightweight skeleton trailer combines the three advantages of energy saving, efficiency, and durability, perfectly adapting to the logistics and transportation needs of overseas ports such as Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. It is the preferred model for overseas logistics fleets to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
