Recently, our factory's production workshop has been steadily advancing at full capacity, with multiple production lines starting simultaneously. Multiple export vehicle models such as low flatbed semi trailers, self dumping engineering trailers, and container skeleton trailers have been produced in batches in an orderly manner. The overall production, welding, assembly, and spraying processes in the workshop are efficiently connected to ensure timely delivery of overseas orders.
Entering the production plant, each workstation has clear division of labor and orderly flow operations. The main beam welding area, chassis assembly area, hydraulic system installation area, and paint anti-corrosion treatment area operate synchronously. From plate cutting, integrated welding, structural reinforcement, to accessory assembly, vehicle quality inspection, and spray anti-corrosion, each process is strictly executed according to export standards to ensure that each trailer leaving the factory has a solid structure and stable performance.
The models that will be mass-produced this time include mainstream export styles such as heavy-duty engineering transportation, equipment transfer, and port logistics, which are suitable for complex road conditions and heavy-duty working conditions overseas such as Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East. All trailers adopt high-strength manganese steel beam structure, with thickened reinforcement treatment at key stress points, and are equipped with mature suspension and hydraulic systems. They have strong bearing capacity, anti bumps, and are not easily deformed, meeting the high-frequency transportation needs of local infrastructure, mining, and ports.
In terms of exterior anti-corrosion treatment, all export trailers are uniformly subjected to fine rust removal and multi-layer anti-corrosion spraying technology, effectively resisting salt spray corrosion from ocean shipping and long-term outdoor exposure wear, greatly improving the durability of the vehicle and reducing maintenance costs in the later stage.
Stable production capacity, standardized workmanship, and strict factory inspections are the core guarantees for the quality of our exported trailers. The follow-up workshop will continue to steadily produce, efficiently complete the delivery of bulk orders at home and abroad, and provide overseas customers with high cost-effectiveness and high stability engineering transport trailers.
