With the concentrated construction of mining and road infrastructure projects in West and Central African countries, the proportion of muddy dirt roads, gravel potholes, and mountain roads in local mining areas is extremely high. Ordinary dump trucks are prone to beam deformation, box cracking, suspension fracture, and other faults during long-term heavy load driving. The procurement cycle of accessories in remote areas is long, and the downtime and losses have caused headaches for many logistics fleets. In response to the harsh road conditions and heavy transportation needs in Africa, our factory has developed customized heavy-duty dump trucks. Since their launch, the number of inquiries from countries such as Nigeria, Ghana, Angola, and Congo has continued to increase, and bulk purchase orders have been continuously increasing.
This self dumping trailer is reinforced with a structure that revolves around the poor road conditions in Africa. The core beam is made of thickened T700 high-strength manganese steel, combined with submerged arc welding integrated forming technology. The frame is equipped with cross reinforcement ribs, greatly improving its anti torsion and anti fatigue performance. Even when loaded with ore and sand, it is not easy to deform or crack due to repeated bumps. The cargo box is made of wear-resistant alloy steel plate, with thickened bottom plate and wear-resistant lining plate installed to resist long-term impact and wear of sharp ore materials. The horizontal and vertical reinforcement beams of the box are fully covered to prevent bulging and detachment of the side plates during heavy unloading.
The chassis configuration is fully suitable for rough and heavy load operations, with standard multi piece thick mechanical steel plate suspension, strong bearing capacity, universal and easy to purchase accessories, and stable shock absorption and load-bearing performance on muddy and gravel roads; Choose deep patterned heavy-duty mining tires for stronger grip and less likely to slip and get stuck on muddy roads during rainy seasons; The complete set of hydraulic lifting cylinders is thickened and enlarged, with sufficient lifting angle, and there is no residue in the unloading of large ores. Under high-pressure conditions, the lifting is stable and does not leak. Multiple dust-proof sealing structures have been added to the entire vehicle to prevent mining dust from entering the axle and braking system, reduce component wear frequency, and adapt to the dusty and high-temperature environment in Africa.
Considering the inconvenience of overseas maintenance in Africa, the vehicle parts are selected from market universal models to reduce the difficulty of customer parts procurement in the later stage. Before leaving the factory, a full set of shot blasting anti-corrosion treatment is carried out to resist wet corrosion during the rainy season, greatly extending the service life of the vehicle. Recently, several African mining and building materials logistics managers have made a special trip to the factory for on-site testing. After testing the full load bumps and lifting unloading performance, they directly signed purchase contracts. Many cooperative old customers have also added repurchase orders.
Industry feedback shows that the demand for infrastructure and mineral transportation in Africa will continue to be released in the next two years, and there is a significant gap in durable heavy-duty dump trucks. Our factory can customize different specifications of three axle and four axle vehicle models according to local load standards and road conditions, continuously optimize trailer products that are suitable for rough road conditions, and provide durable, worry free, and low-cost heavy-duty transportation equipment for African overseas fleets.
