With the continuous expansion of infrastructure and steel trade in Kazakhstan, the demand for cross-border long-distance transportation of ultra long profiles and wind power pipes has surged. Traditional fixed length flatbed trailers have pain points of exceeding the limit of ultra long goods and low transportation efficiency. Hydraulic pull-out flatbed trailers, with the advantages of extendable cargo platforms, stable heavy loads, and adaptability to Gobi mountain roads, have recently completed a large number of vehicle deliveries to customers in Kazakhstan.
This trailer is equipped with a fully automatic hydraulic telescopic system, and the cargo platform can be extended as needed. It is suitable for transporting 12-22-meter long steel pipes, H-beams, and wind turbine blades. The telescopic operation only requires one click control from the cab, without manual disassembly and assembly, greatly reducing loading and unloading time. The whole vehicle adopts high-strength S700 manganese steel main beam and three-axis weighted balanced mechanical suspension, which can withstand the bumpy road surface and huge temperature difference between day and night in the Central Asian Gobi Desert; Standard widened strapping rings and container locks, balancing steel and standard bulk cargo transportation.
For cross-border long-distance working conditions in Kazakhstan, a complete set of anti rust and anti-corrosion coatings have been upgraded at the factory to adapt to desert sandstorms, rain and snow erosion; Paired with compliant ABS brakes and widened heavy-duty vacuum tires, it meets local highway over limit traffic standards. Relying on the one-stop delivery service from the factory to the factory area, we complete the entire process of production, customs declaration, China Europe freight train land transportation, and local customs clearance, and provide direct delivery of the whole vehicle to the customer's Almaty transportation station.
