Working Principle
The core of this tanker is the pneumatic fluidization unloading system. The air compressor delivers compressed air into the tank. The air passes through the airslate fluidized bed at the tank bottom to mix with dry powder, turning solid powder into fluid-like flow. Under air pressure, the material flows out through the discharge pipeline into the silo. Normally, one tank can finish unloading within 20–40 minutes, with low residual rate inside the tank. Closed transport avoids powder flying, reduces material waste and dust pollution.

Tank body: Carbon steel is the mainstream choice. Thicker tank plates and anti-abrasion treatment extend service life. The V-shaped hopper bottom design helps complete discharging. Common capacity ranges from 30CBM to 60CBM, and 40–45CBM is the most popular specification in African and Middle East markets.
Air compressor: It is the heart of the unloading system. Customers can choose imported or domestic compressors according to budget. Stable air output directly decides unloading speed.
Axle & suspension: 3 axles configuration is standard. FUWA and BPW axles are two well-known options. Heavy-duty leaf spring suspension adapts to rough construction roads.
Sealing performance: Good sealing prevents moisture from entering the tank. Damp powder will cause caking and block the pipeline.

When placing an order, you need to confirm the transported material density, local axle load limit, silo height on site and required discharge pipe length. If you transport lime powder or highly abrasive powder, we suggest upgrading the wear-resistant lining. Different countries have different road transport rules on total weight and dimension limits.
