Second layer: Intermediate anti rust paint - thickened protection, salt and moisture resistance
The main function is to enhance the corrosion resistance and salt spray resistance, and to compensate for the insufficient resistance of the primer to external erosion. It can effectively resist the erosion of seawater salt spray during ocean transportation, immersion in construction site mud and water, and acid and alkali corrosion during rainy days. At the same time, it increases the overall adhesion of the paint film, making the topcoat more firm, avoiding peeling, peeling, and bulging in the later stage, and building a second layer of protective barrier for the chassis.
The surface is sprayed with high wear-resistant export grade chassis armor protective paint, which is the "armor protection layer" of the chassis facing the construction site working conditions. This layer of paint film is thick, tough, and has strong impact resistance, which is also the core process that distinguishes it from ordinary civilian trucks.
