This tank trailer adopts horizontal cylindrical tank made of high-strength wear-resistant steel. Fluidized bed pneumatic unloading system is fitted inside the tank. Matched with external diesel air compressor, it unloads materials by pneumatic conveying. During discharging, compressed air fluidizes powder inside tank, and materials are delivered to silo through pipeline in fully closed way. No dust leaks, which greatly cuts material loss and keeps construction site clean.
Equipped with 3 heavy-duty axles for high load capacity. Tank volume can be customized from 30 CBM to 60 CBM. Buyers can select proper capacity according to local road weight limit. The whole tank is treated with anti-corrosion coating and pressure-resistant design for long-distance dry powder haulage.
Key Selection Tips
Tank plate: For highly abrasive powder, wear-resistant steel plate is recommended to extend service life. Standard plate works for regular projects to save cost.
Air compressor type: Two options available, independent diesel power or PTO drive. The separate diesel air compressor is preferred if there is no stable truck power supply on site.
Local regulations: We can adjust tank volume and wheelbase to meet local weight and dimension limits for registration before export.
Spare parts: Air compressor, sealing strips, valves and pipelines are wearing parts. It is better to order spare parts together to guarantee continuous unloading work.
