Weichai WP7.300E51 Diesel Engine (Preferred for Long-Distance Routes)
A 7.47L inline six-cylinder turbocharged intercooled engine with a maximum power of 300 hp at 2100 rpm and a peak torque of 1250 N·m (1200-1600 rpm). Complies with Euro 5 emission standards. Offers high torque at low speeds, excellent climbing performance, good fuel adaptability, and is suitable for mountainous areas and long-distance national highway transport.
Axles and Chassis Configuration
Front steering axle: Model VGD95, load capacity 6,500–9,500kg for stable steering
Rear drive axle: Hande MCJ09BG single reduction axle with 11,500kg load capacity. Adopting MAN technology for outstanding sturdiness
Optional rear axle ratios: 4.11/4.33/4.625. Small ratios save fuel on highways, large ratios deliver strong power for mountain hauling
Frame: 7mm thick high-strength straight steel beam with reinforced cross members, anti-twist and anti-deformation
Suspension: 3-leaf front springs, 7+3 composite rear springs with hydraulic shock absorbers. Lightweight thin-leaf springs are optional to cut curb weight and fuel consumption
