The cab is 2200mm wide with 1mm thick steel plates, meeting the ECE-R29 collision standard and capable of withstanding 10 tons of lateral compression; semi-floating/fully-floating shock absorption structure filters out construction site bumps; wide-view curved rearview mirrors + blind spot mirrors significantly reduce blind spots; high roof with sleeper berth, allowing single/double operators to rest comfortably during long-distance operations.

The chassis features an 8x4 four-axle layout with dual front steering axles and dual rear drive axles; a thickened high-strength manganese steel frame with reinforced crossbeams for enhanced resistance to torsion and impact; heavy-duty leaf spring shock absorbers; and an optional rear lift axle that raises the rear axle when unloaded to reduce tire wear and fuel consumption; standard 1000R20 all-steel wire heavy-duty tires suitable for rough roads and gravel roads in mining areas.

Engine: Foton Cummins engine, 460 horsepower, iBrake 3.0 internal braking system, eliminating the need for water spraying on long downhill sections, halving brake pad and tire wear, and improving fuel efficiency through more complete combustion.

Transmission: Fast 12-speed heavy-duty transmission, with optional AMT automatic transmission, making operation easier in mountainous and mining areas.

Axle: 500/550 reinforced rear axle, gear ratio 5.26/5.92, maximizing heavy-duty climbing capacity.

Frame: Single-layer straight-through high-strength beam, lightweight design, total vehicle weight 13.4 tons, resulting in lower fuel consumption for standard load transport.
