What you need is a flatbed that hauls 60 tons every day without giving you headaches. This 40 foot (12.5m) flatbed trailer we've been selling the same design for over a decade. Because there's really no reason to change it.
The frame is high strength steel. Main beams and crossmembers are submerged arc welded, not just tacked. The deck is checkered steel forklifts get good grip, loading and unloading is quick. If you've ever used a trailer with a thin deck, you know how a forklift can dent it. This one won't. Suspension is mechanical leaf springs, not air bags. Air bags are comfortable, but when they fail you're stuck. A broken leaf spring can be fixed at any roadside shop.

Rated load is 60 tons. We've tested heavier, but we don't advertise that. For regular loads steel coils, building materials, machinery, containers the deck takes it. Even a truck mounted crane sitting on top is fine. Tires are Double Coin or Triangle, 12R22.5, twelve of them including the spare. Brakes are spring brakes plus ABS, air fittings are WABCO no cheap stuff.
Why 12.5m? Because many countries have strict rules on 40‑foot trailers. This length fits two 20 foot containers or one 40 foot container without going over the limit. Need longer or shorter? We can build to order. But the standard size is what we stock most, so you get it fastest.
