A practical three‑axle fuel tanker 40,000 litres
This tanker has three rear axles (six wheels in total) and is designed to carry diesel, petrol, or other liquid fuels. You hook it up to a tractor truck, fill the tank, and drive it to where the fuel is needed for example, petrol stations, farms, or depots. The 40,000 litre capacity works well for daily short‑haul runs. The three axles spread the weight evenly across the road so you don't break axle load limits.How it's built and what keeps it safeThe tank is made of carbon steel, about 5mm thick. If you prefer, stainless steel is also available. Inside, there's a protective coating that stops the fuel from corroding the metal. All welded seams are continuous no gaps or weak spots.
Inside the tank there are baffles (metal plates with holes). They stop the fuel from rushing to one side when you brake or turn. That keeps the trailer from swaying. The outside has anti‑static paint and a grounding cable reel to get rid of static electricity. Emergency valves snap shut if a hose bursts or the trailer tips over. There's also a fire extinguisher box and a walkway on top with handrails.
