60 cbm low-density bulk powder semi-trailer – not just for cement
It looks similar to a standard cement tanker, but it is built differently for lighter, finer materials: poultry feed, flour, urea prills, alumina powder – things that pack down or bridge easily if not handled correctly. The tank holds 60 cubic meters, which is a large volume of chicken feed or flour. Gross vehicle weight is around 40 tons, but the real limit is product density – keep it below 0.7 t/m³, and the trailer performs well.

What's it made of – and why
The tank body is mild steel, with an optional stainless steel upgrade for food-grade products like flour or feed. Barrel thickness is 4 mm, end plates 5 mm. No sharp corners inside – everything is curved so powder does not get stuck. Discharge uses a blower (usually 9–12 m³/min) or a compressor. You get two or three discharge pipes depending on how fast you want to unload. The air fluidizing beds inside are made of breathable fabric – a common type, easy to replace if torn. All discharge valves are butterfly type, dust-proof.

Q: How do I clean it when switching from feed to flour?
A: Open the manholes, run the blower for 5-10 minutes to blow out residue. Wipe down inside if needed. Stainless steel option makes cleaning easier.
Q: What's the discharge height?
A: About 4 meters at the outlet. You'll need a silo or a receiver that height. We can adjust pipe length if yours is lower.
