The three axle double decker semi trailer is a specialized transport trailer designed for the delivery of new sedans, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles. Widely used in automobile factories, 4S stores, and cross border vehicle logistics business.
The main beam is made of high-strength Q355 alloy steel and processed by automatic submerged arc welding technology. The upper and lower flanges are thickened, greatly improving the bending and torsion resistance of the frame and avoiding permanent deformation under full load weight. Both the upper and lower cargo platforms are made of anti slip patterned steel plates, and multiple movable tire blocks and binding rings are evenly arranged on the deck surface, which can firmly lock the vehicle tires and effectively prevent sliding and displacement during long-distance bumpy road transportation.
The complete hydraulic lifting component adopts high quality imported hydraulic components, and four independent hydraulic cylinders control the rise, fall, and tilt of the upper platform. The rear telescopic hydraulic loading ramp facilitates direct entry of vehicles into the platform without the need for additional lifting equipment, saving loading and unloading manpower and operation time. The height of the upper platform can be freely adjusted to accommodate various body heights. The standard configuration can accommodate six regular sedans, while the extended customized version can accommodate seven to eight cars.
