Employing a three-axis balanced load-bearing structure, the load distribution is more even compared to a two-axle side-mounted system. This reduces the risk of tire blowouts and frame deformation during heavy lifting and driving on rough roads in mining areas. The high-strength manganese steel integrated beam is lightweight, robust, and durable, resistant to cracking under long-term heavy loads, and ensures compliant road use without exceeding weight limits.


Hydraulic boom, stable and durable lifting
The boom is made of thickened, high-strength, wear-resistant steel plate, featuring multi-stage hydraulic cylinders for extension and retraction, reaching a maximum extension of 3.9 meters. It can directly lift containers on the ground, trucks, and railway flatbeds. The dual-pump hydraulic system enables fast lifting under no-load and stable lifting under heavy load, with no swaying during lifting. Imported hydraulic valves are less prone to oil leakage and have a low failure rate. Standard configuration includes anti-tipping monitoring; if the tilt exceeds the limit, the cylinder automatically locks to prevent tipping and ensure the safety of personnel and the container.
